Working with department staff across the Cal Poly campus, ITS provides Internet services to the data faceplate in each office, classroom and lab throughout the campus. ITS provides consultative network planning and troubleshooting services for departments.
Students Living on Campus
ResNet provides network services to students living on campus.
Faculty and Staff
Data service requests are best initiated via your CITC (Department Technical Staff). You can also contact the Service Desk. The CITC identifies locations where data connections are required. If the faceplate jack is inactive, submit an SRS ticket. A department chart field string may be required.
